• Wrong product has been delivered.

• Product is missing from the package.

• Order could not be delivered due to unavoidable reasons from our side.

• Customer changes their mind after delivery.

• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.

• Minor color or packaging variations.

• Delay caused by courier companies or natural circumstances beyond our control.

3. Return Process

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

• Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account shared by the customer.

• COD order refunds may require bank account details for processing.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

• If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

• In cases of wrong or damaged products from our side, return shipping charges will be borne by Mehta Mart.
